Fortitude at Delta Towers

A historic black sorority, Delta Sigma Theta’s five pillars and botanical moniker of an African violet are the centralizing element for this senior housing project. Curvilinear silhouettes, contrasting wood tones and cascading petals created an experience where seniors can gather and be embraced.
